After your loved one passes away, a member of the Legacy Hospice team will be available to you to answer questions and help make any arrangements that are necessary. We will be there to provide you with any support you may need. Our services do not stop after a patient dies. We continue to help family members through the grief process by providing support services and professionals. Grief is a complex process, and our bereavement team strives to help those who have been left behind after a loved one passes.
